The Ann Arbor Science & Skeptics was a local organization consisting of science enthusiasts and aspiring critical thinkers. We met once a month to discuss a particular topic in science, and we often had a guest speaker from the University to help lead that discussion.
The Ann Arbor Science & Skeptics is no longer hosting meet-ups, but this website is still active and will be providing information regarding science and critical thinking – related news and activities in the Ann Arbor area.
The organizers were Chris Lindsay and Janice Loffreda-Wren:
- Chris graduated with a degree in English Language & Literature from Eastern Michigan University. He currently works in Sales for a company that furnishes audio/video solutions for commercial and industrial applications. He is also an organizer of the Michigan Beer and Book Club, a mentor in the Big Brothers / Big Sisters program, and occasionally participates in powerlifting competitions. He was also the host of the podcast, Critical Wit. Email: email@example.com
