Health and health care vary widely in Michigan communities. Our health depends on our access to fresh food, our daily environment, our ability to exercise, our access to care, and much more. Our lifespan and health are intertwined with our socioeconomic status and our racial and ethnic backgrounds. Join Professor Richard Lichtenstein of the UM School of Public Health and Zachary Rowe, Executive Director of Friends of Parkside, as we discuss policies and interventions that can help to change community health outcomes.
